Is this a free service?
It is completely free to create an account, post your resume to our site and submit to job postings. The only time a job seeker pays a fee is if you sign up for our resume distribution service, which is completely optional. This service allows you the ultimate exposure by letting you reach targeted companies and/or staffing agencies that are looking for someone like you. If you would like to directly reach these companies and staffing agencies, let us email your resume to them through our resume distribution service. You must be logged on as a member with a resume in order to take advantage of this service.

Is my information confidential?
You have two options. You can set your account to show resume, or not show resume. This can be found on your options page, in resume information where it says employer searching. If you choose to show your resume, it will show up in searches run by employers looking to hire. If you choose to not show resume, it will not show up in searches run by employers. Your resume can still be kept active for the purpose of submitting it to jobs in which you are interested. Any time you submit your resume to a job posting, your contact information will be available to the company who posted the job.

Can I have multiple resumes?
Yeah you can have multiple resumes under different categories. There is no check or limitation on number of resumes of a particular user. Remember, since its ResumeClix therefore one can submit as many resumes as possible.

What is my password?
You choose your password when you created your account. If you forgot your password, simply do a password request from the login page.

How can I update or edit my resume?
You can update your resume and contact information at any time by logging in on the site. Go to resumes section and select the resume which you want to edit. Along with resume title there is an icon. Click on that icon to edit the resume.

How do I submit my resume to a job posting?
The first step in using our site is to join. It is free to you as a job seeker. During that process you should enter your contact and resume information. Once you have done that you will be able to search through the active job postings on our site and submit your resume to any job postings you feel you are qualified for. Your resume will also be available for companies to see. When you want to apply for a position on the site, you click the link that says "submit my resume". An email is then sent to the company with your resume so that they can review it. If they are interested, the company who posted the job will contact you directly.

I am having trouble submitting my resume to a job posting.
Make sure you have created an account, are logged on and have entered your resume information.

Can I get contact information for a company who posted a job?
We are unable to give out contact information for our corporate members who have posted jobs to the site due to our privacy policy. If you are interested in jobs on the site, please submit your resume for consideration. If employers are interested in speaking with you, they will contact you directly.

Should I register to search for jobs?
No! But you will not be able to use Advanced Job Search option.

How do I know if the jobs posted are current?
It is up to the employer to renew or delete a job based on availability.

How do I view a more detailed job description from the listings that come up during my search?
By clicking on the Job Title, you should see the details of the position.

What should I do if I find a job I am interested in?
When you see a job that you would like to apply for, click on the Employer Information for contact details.

How do I know the companies I am interested in are trustworthy?
As with any type of ad, whether it is via an electronic job board or through your local newspaper's help wanted section, you need to be cautious. Responding to an ad is at your own discretion. If you are hesitant about the company, try doing some research before sending out your personal information. And, always be skeptical of companies asking for money! Jobs4jobs is not responsible for the communication or outcome between the job seeker and employer.

How many jobs can I post? And, how often?
You can post as many jobs as you need, whenever you want.

What type of job postings does ResumeClix accept?
ResumeClix welcomes established and legitimate employers, recruiters and staffing services to promote their career opportunities on our site. We accept full-time and part-time positions, as well as salaried and non-exempt jobs. However, please note that we DO NOT accept advertisements for multi-level marketing (MLM), positions which require a monetary investment by the job seeker, or anything related to the adult entertainment industry. We also reserve the right to reject any ad at our discretion.

When can I start posting jobs?
You can start at once after registration.

When will my posting appear on your site?
Your ad will be viewable to all users immediately.

What if I forgot my password and login?
You can have this information sent directly to you. Go to the login page, click on the "Forgot Password" link and input your email address. Your login data should immediately arrive in your mailbox.

Is my registration information viewable by job seekers?
Yes! They should contact you somehow.

I keep getting a server error message, what does this mean?
You are probably getting this type of error after waiting several minutes for a response. It is more than likely a network problem from your end or it could be our database is processing an unusually high load of information. Try resubmitting the inquiry and if that does not rectify the situation, you may want to consider coming back a little later to retry your query.After successfully logging in, your current postings should be visible on the right hand section of your screen. You may now change any information you wish to. Be sure to hit the Submit button when you are finished in order to process your changes.
